Taglus Standard Aligner Retainer material has been engineered for clear aligners and retainers with superior mechanical properties. Crack resistant and durable material available for aligner fabrication. Absolute assurance that the product will show minimal discoloration or yellowing with use. BPA free. Available in a wide variety of thicknesses, shapes and sizes. Masked on both sides with an ultra-thin, peel away layer of moisture barrier protective covering. Shelf life of 3 years subject to non-opening of vacuum-packed packaging. Excellent bond to all types of heat and light-cured resins. High flexural modulus of 304380 psi to give crack free durable aligners and retainers. Highest impact strength of 105J/m Vs for all traditional materials available for aligners and retainers making it more resistant to deformation and cracks over time. Light transmission percentage is 90% (according to ASTM D-103) making it optically clear. Moisture resistant dual protective masking makes it scratch and dust resistant and ensures the quality of the aligner or retainer is preserved throughout the thermoforming process as well.
